**JOB SUMMARY**
- Maintain a filing system in line with established standards, ensure others to so as well
- Respond to queries from other departments related to HR
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
- Maintain up-to-date employee records
- Participate in task forces and committees as requested
- Any other duties / tasks as requested by management.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Experience in the hospitality/F&B industry
- Superior communication and people skills
- Excellent grooming standards.
