**Your role**
- Do you want to play a key role in driving change to operational excellence? Are you an analytical thinker? Are you an experienced project manager with a track record of delivering process and systems change?
- We’re looking for an Process Optimization Specialist to:
- Take ownership of implementation, integration and enhancement of MS&C capabilities in APAC
- Drive our simplification, automation and analytics agenda in the function
- Act as a single point of contact for all simplification and automation initiatives in the region
- Develop and expand our network developers within the function to increase competency in the use of analytical toolsets and dashboarding capabilities
- Maintain oversight on our inventory of EUAs, RPA bots and dashboards to ensure proper governance and maintenance of the tools
- Data exploration and conduct statistical analysis to design high quality indicators, scenarios and management reporting
- Optimize existing processes and control procedures to reduce manual effort
- Deliver management information and insightful commentaries to regional and global stakeholders

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Central Functional Management team within Monitoring Surveillance and Control (MS&C) in APAC located in Singapore.

**Your expertise**
- Ideally 3 years+ process optimization experience, data modeling and experience in change program
- Integration of monitoring or surveillance programs in financial industries or consulting firms is a plus
- Experienced in data analytics and statistical analysis
- Self driven, highly motivated, able to work independently and deliver outcomes within timeline
- Excellent communicator with ability to collaborate and work effectively across different teams and with all levels within the organization, able to coach, lead and convince with solid organizational skills
- Knowledge of dashboard/automation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Python, Alteryx, Excel VBA) would be required
- Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Office skills
