
Deputy Manager, HR Analytics

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Develop and implement analytical models to generate HR insights valuable for the business on a global scale to guide decision-making and strategic planning.
- Identify key people performance indicators.
- Develop relevant metrics and dashboards to monitor performance with the aim of improving overall organizational effectiveness.
- Leverage data and models to enhance talent acquisition and talent development strategies.
- Identify opportunities and develop value-driven analysis, solutions, and interactive dashboards.
- Performs group-wide analysis, including generation of scheduled and ad hoc HR reports, and assists with data collection, consolidation, and analysis to support HRs in making data-driven decisions.
- Collaborates with business leaders and HR Business Partners on evolving workforce analytics requirements for analysis and reporting needs across the organization.
- Keep abreast of market practices and tools to drive best practices.
- Leverage market benchmarking data to influence and optimize decision making.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Have prior experience in HR and have at least 6 years of experience in the HR Analytics field.
- Must be able to handle multiple projects and able to communicate with a wide variety of levels and positions within the organization.
- Extensive handling of confidential information and the ability to maintain this confidentiality is crucial in this role.
- Developing and using collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to plan and set priorities.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data.
- Strong communication - Able to convey information and ideas clearly through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
- Degree in any discipline. IHRP certification preferred.
- Experience with Workday reporting and Power BI would be advantageous.
**Salary**: $5,500.00 - $7,000.00 per month
