**Deputy Manager**:

**Responsibilities**:
1) Partner with hiring managers on end-to-end recruitment (for corporate and research), including but not limited to:

- Manage the selection & evaluation processes
- Extension of offer & onboarding coordination
- Provide regular & timely updates on recruitment activities & strategies
- Manage & deliver recruitment campaigns

3) Ensure proper implementation of terms and conditions in accordance to relevant labour legislation and University’s policies

4) Facilitation of internal mobility within departments

5) Participate in HR & process improvement projects

6) Be proactive in fostering a positive work environment and enhancing employee satisfaction to promote productivity and overall organisational success. Organise employee engagement programmes and initiatives (including but not limited to Town Halls, Dinner & Dance), to achieve a culture of trust, respect and collegiality.

**Job Requirements**:
1) Degree in HR discipline or its equivalent with minimum 5 years of relevant experience

2) Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices

3) Experience in talent acquisition will be an added advantage

4) Able to manage diverse stakeholders, meticulous with an aptitude for data analytics

5) Familiar with MS Suite Applications

6) Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution abilities

7) Good interpersonal & communication skills

8) Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
