**As a Executive (Informatics), you will be responsible for the following duties**:

- Work closely with the Informatics Manager to ensures the continued functionality, efficiency and integration of the systems with broader Healthcare IT infrastructure.
- Assist in the planning, testing, documentation, and implementation of IT and digital health projects. Monitor timelines and support project-related administrative tasks to ensure on-time and on-budget execution.
- Provide first-line support to end-users: identify and troubleshoot system-related issues and escalate them to relevant vendors or IT teams. Facilitate process improvement initiatives by leveraging IT systems and automation tools. Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure competency and confidence in system usage.
- Maintain and verify data accuracy in the IT systems to ensure smooth operations. Generate reports (routine and ad-hoc) to support operational decisions and management oversight. Provide branches with key performance metrics and dashboards to support operational monitoring and improvement. Support the knowledge management and information dissemination processes within the department.
- Drive process optimization by recommending improvements and promoting best practices in system usage. Evaluate vendor proposals, conduct cost-benefit analysis, and recommend IT hardware/software acquisitions. Maintain system confidentiality and security through regular reviews of user access controls and compliance measures. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Informatics Manager or their reporting officer.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in IT related courses
- Keen interest in IT and Automation,
- Experienced in IT related or project management will be preferred.
- Proficient in Advanced Excel features and data extraction and mining capabilities (eg. SQL).
- Experienced with Tableau and Power BI will be an advantage.
