The business architect will support the business and functional process owners to develop and implement an enterprise wide process model that supports new ways of working and technology innovation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set the foundations and provide management support to ensure consistent implementation of business process change mapped with value streams and strategy.
- Drive and facilitate the right discussions with business leaders to identify business capabilities in relation to current and future business objectives.
- Support senior executives in maintaining efficient organizational structure and business function linking strategic priorities with operations.
- Capture the tactical and strategic enterprise goals that provide traceability through the organization, mapped to metrics supporting ongoing governance.
- Provide guidance to Process Owners and support the Design Authority to assess impact to business strategy and make world class solution design decisions.
- Support the development of strategic enterprise business process framework model.

**Requirements**:

- 12-15 years’ experience in business strategy, solution architect or process design fields.
- A broad, enterprise-wide business centric view with an understanding of how to maximise value through intelligent people, process and technology design.
- Experience in developing enterprise business model and process design, architecture and value stream mapping.
- Deep understanding of process design methods and integrated design tools and techniques.
- Critical thinker with ability to synthesise information and problem solve and then contextualize for business consumption.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with executive level stakeholder management experience
- Experience in management consulting, coupled with operational excellence and transformation will be highly regarded.
