- Business Operation: 1. Manage the development of continuously-evolving forecast models and methodologies, performing the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the performance of business team, key accounts, partners, pipeline etc； 2. Monitor external market trends and conduct competitor analyses for strategic business planning and to identify areas for business growth. 3. Support the business processes for our sales team, improving the efficiency of internal organisational workflows through gathering insights and conducting analyses of problems raised by customers and frontline teams, building Alibaba Cloud's differentiated competitiveness. 4. Manage the weekly / monthly / quarterly cadenced business reporting. Account Management: 1. Enhance our external service experience by resolving problems faced by customers, in terms of finance, products, accounts, permissions, and compliance, and providing process support as well as developing best practices to ensure consistent and exceptional service quality.
**Position Requirement**
- Minimum Qualifications: 1. More than 5 years of experience in sales management/quality operation/brand/battle planning/BI positions in large companies; 2. Have good communication skills and organizational coordination skills. Strong team awareness, strong ability to withstand pressure, passion, courage to accept challenges, good at pioneering and innovating; 3. Have keen business sense and independent decision-making ability, and be able to quickly discover and respond to the needs of the industry; 4. Strong ability to resist pressure and learning ability, be able to adapt to the rapidly changing market and internal environment, quickly learn the ever-changing knowledge in the field of cloud computing； 5. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required as this role requires communication and coordination with HQ in China. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Possesses Aliyun technical certification ACP (Aliyun Professional Certification), ACA (Aliyun Advanced Certification)
