Overview

Reporting to the NCIS Ops & Admin, you will be responsible for the implementation and successful execution of the NCIS Cancer Survivorship programmes, events and activities and the NCIS Dream Maker programme. You will provide overall project management, coordinate and support the programmes/activities/events, ensure effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders, and prepare project management documentation and project progress reports for NCIS and stakeholders, as required.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following**:
**Primary Responsibilities and Duties (80%)**
- Initiatives Development & Project Management_
- Participate in program design, development, planning, implementation and maintenance.
- Identify program operation requirements and ensure they are met.
- Obtain and utilize internal and external resources to meet program goals.
- Responsible for collating data, organizing, analyzing and researching the data relating programmes and brainstorming with programme leads for programme needs, measures and outcomes.
- Prepare updates and project progress reports, including programme performance and outcomes, for Program leads, committees, partners and stakeholders as required, and provide recommendations for future planning.
- Monitor timelines, delivery of services and oversee budget for assigned initiatives (including the development of appropriate budget tracking and oversight procedures).
- Develop detailed project plans that identify timelines, deliverables and resource requirements for assigned initiatives; create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Exercise independent judgment in the resolution of programmatic problems.
- Maintain an active social medial educational presence and publicity (including developing content dissemination) for the programmes, events and activities in collaboration with the NCIS corporate communications team.
- Partnerships & Stakeholder Relations_
- Engage and expand patient support group members and volunteers dedicated to the support of patients with cancer and caregivers.
- Facilitate team and stakeholder meetings effectively
- Set up regular team meetings, preparing agenda, taking meeting minutes, capturing action items, preparing summary for dissemination and evaluating resources
- Identify partnership opportunities and work with key stakeholders to enhance existing programs and services for cancer survivors and caregivers
- In conjunction with the programme leads, actively promote, share learnings and facilitate collaboration with partners and stakeholders
- Communications_
- Communicates effectively and persuasively at all levels, from the clinical, academic and community based settings through to NCIS Cancer Survivorship and Dream Maker committees
- Ensures that all partners and stakeholders are kept fully informed and aligned
- Diplomatically and effectively manages any conflicts
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between all stakeholders
- Serve as primary resource for the programmes with collaborating partners both within and outside NCIS.
- Act as the key contact and point of coordination on programmes and designated initiatives
- Respond to queries from the public, community organizations and health care professionals on designated programmes and initiatives
- Budget Monitoring & Fundraising_
- Responsible for monitoring budget expenses, performing budget reconciliation and assisting with budget development.
- Budget preparation and tracking of all assigned programme initiatives. Manage contractual obligations for projects, ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payments, ensure compliance with budget and report variances to supervisor and programme leads.
- Organization of resources and collaborating with NCIS fundraising team for philantrophy
- Leadership_
- Manages workflows, timelines and ensures programme committee members and stakeholders have an understanding of issues, deadlines, etc.
- Manages the process of innovative change effectively
- Remains on the forefront of emerging industry practices

**Secondary Responsibilities and Duties (20%)**

**Requirements**:
**Skills and Knowledge**
- A degree, with minimum 2 years of working experience, added advantage if in healthcare
- At least two years’ working experience, preferably within healthcare industry
- Ability to plan and coordinate complex activities, organize multiple tasks and prioritize work
- Ability to follow up on tasks independently and in a timely fashion
- Superior written and verbal communication skills and proficient in MS Office
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal) as the job requires interaction with the general public, patients, physicians, partners, vendors as well as internal stakeholders.
