Talent and Network Coordinator

We are looking for someone who has a passion for influencer marketing in Singapore. This person will work in a team to communicate with clients for their needs and come up with marketing proposals and strategies that centre around influencers and content creators. He or she will liaise with influencers, celebrities and content creators to execute the campaigns. As this person will be communicating with various stakeholders, he or she must have high emotional intelligence.
Additionally, he or she must be able to think on their feet with creative content ideas and direction. If you think you are that person, we are happy to meet to explore potential opportunities together.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Reaching out to new talents in efforts to build up the talent roster for the company
- Provide assistance to the talents managed by you
- Reaching out to clients/ sponsors to pitch for the talents under your roster
- Managing clients and campaigns that involve your managed talents from end-to-end
- Involve in various activities related to the influencers -e.g. PR, Events, Content Creation, Communications
- Actively forming media partnerships - e.g. Photographers, Videographer, Magazines, Stylist, etc.
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, New Media, Business preferred
- Minimally 1 year of experience in Marketing/ PR/ Communications
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication in English
- Team player and efficient collaborator
- High energy and able to excel in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Good time management and accountable to multiple parties at once
- Able to think, plan, and execute autonomously
- Good presentation skills
- Self-started with a high degree of personal initiative and drive.
- Problem solver with analytical skills
- Confident and eloquent infront of people
- Has an eye for aesthetics
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Remotely:
- Temporarily due to COVID-19
