Administration of VMWare Horizon VDI environment
- Active Directory administration
- Microsoft Exchange administration
- Software deployment and troubleshooting
1. Windows 10 / MAC OS

3. Bloomberg and Market Data Support

4. TCP/IP (DNS, DHCP etc)

5. Miscellaneous third party tools

7. Hardware; HP workstations, laptops and printers
- Creation and maintenance of IT Documentation
- Proactive monitoring of the desktop environment using various tools
- Provide ‘White Glove’ support to Traders and VIP’s
- Ensure that all IT requests are logged and managed in line with company procedures
- Collaborate with IT counterparts and vendor management

**Work Experience**:

- IT - min 5 years’ experience, most recent 3 years within Financial Services
- ITIL Service Management Foundation preferred

**Technical/Business Skills & Knowledge**:
Essential:

- Used to working to best practice methodologies such as ITIL
- VMWare VSphere Suite Administration
- Active directory administration including GPO
- Exchange 2016 user administration
- Microsoft Office Suite, Strong Excel knowledge
- Good understanding of control and delivery principles - Projects, Change Management
- PowerShell scripting
- Understanding of build and client distribution architectures (SCCM)

Desirable:

- VMWare Horizon
- Other scripting languages
- Automation tools

**Other Requirements**:

- Trade Floor Support Experience
- Excellent communications skills
- Excellent triage/problem diagnosis skills
- Excellent analytical troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Ability to quickly assess situations and adapt accordingly
- Able to multitask and prioritise well
- Energetic, enthusiastic and well organised
- Must be a self-starter who will work well in a busy team
- Awareness of the role of IT in the business
- No work visa sponsorship available

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
