Digital Media Manager

**About The Role**
Based in Singapore, the Digital Media Manager will be responsible for designing strategic paid digital media campaigns for Gojek Singapore, and will be driving guidance and best practices across all Gojek markets as well. This person will directly contribute to shaping the future of the team and the business.
**What You Will Do**:
- Craft paid digital media plans, with a primary focus in brand and retention campaigns in Singapore. This includes clarifying and challenge briefs as needed, provide strategic recommendations, and educate on digital media best practices
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders with the objective of understanding the business and brand needs. This includes maintaining smooth ways of working and managing campaign delivery timelines
- Lead and implement regional initiatives in collaboration with the local marketing teams
- Work with the digital platforms specialists as well as external partners in translating strategies into executable media campaigns - identify creative solutions and hacks, check for feasibility of ideas etc
Collaborate and coordinate with various internal teams on campaigns, ensuring messaging and customer journeys across paid and owned media align with the overall strategy
- Monitor campaign performance and work with the digital platforms specialists on optimization, and keep the marketing team updated on progress, issues
- Provide reporting as needed to marketing teams, providing the most important insights, clear recommendations and next steps
- Produce regular high level paid digital media business and monthly campaign reviews
- Research on consumer and digital media trends, keep abreast on new channels and platform features, industry landscape
- Maintain regular competitive reports and platform benchmarks
**What You Will Need**:
- 5-6 years experience in paid digital planning and execution from **a media agency or advertiser in-house paid digital media team**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or relevant field - however, specific and relevant work experience is more important
- Ability to translate complex digital marketing jargon to any stakeholder with varied backgrounds
- Effective stakeholder and partner management skills; experience navigating through complex organizations, and dealing with multiple cultures
- Hands-on experience of advertising technology platforms would be a huge plus but not a must (but theoretical knowledge is a required minimum) - Google Ads, FB, DSPs
- Experience with Appsflyer and Google Analytics strongly preferred
- Creative problem-solver, highly analytical and enjoys looking at data and results
**About the Team**
The Media Labs team is Gojek’s in-house paid media team that handles both offline and digital planning and execution for all Gojek consumer product markets. We are responsible for bringing to life all our marketing communications across all media channels - TV, billboards, Youtube, Tiktok and more. We get our brand and product messages out there to build and maintain our awareness, drive new users and retain them.
