Singapore Business Federation (SBF) has been appointed as the Programme Manager for WSG's Mid-Career Pathways Programme (MCPP).

We are looking for a Programme Executive (Feedback) to process feedback matters in relation to the Mid-Career Pathways Programme.

Job Responsibilities:

- Attend to Feedback cases under the Mid-Career Pathways Programme (MCPP).
- Administer and manage the processing of Feedback cases under MCPP.
- Collaborate with Workforce Singapore (WSG) and other MCPP teams to gather required information in the processing of Feedback cases.
- Attend weekly meetings with the Feedback Team discussing the feedback cases.
- Provide investigation findings through reports for each of the Feedback cases.
- Conduct physical and virtual meetings/interviews with Host Organisations (HOs) and Individuals.
- Any duties as required for the MCPP Programme.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 2-3 years working experience.
- Interest in performing investigative work and interacting with companies and individuals.
- Ability to write reports and present findings from investigated Feedback cases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word and Excel).
- Have an eye for detail and be analytical.
- Strong drive, proactive self-starter with a creative mind.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and multi-task.
- Results-oriented and good teamwork.
- Good interpersonal skills and pleasant personality.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
