**Responsibilities**
- Payroll processing
- Manage supplier payments and filing of invoices
- Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and GL accounts
- Prepare month-end close reporting
- Prepare tax documents
- Compile and analyse financial statements
- Prepare financial year statements
- Manage budgeting and forecasting
- Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Ability to interpret and analyse financial statements and periodicals
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin a MUST
