**Your background**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience in banking environment
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in business management and support roles
- Must be comfortable to engage, collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the bank with business acumen
- Comfortable to be in a multi-faceted role providing support across a wide range of topics (administrative, presentation, people, audit & compliance, finance, project/initiative planning & execution, engagement and negotiation)
- Possess a key eye for detail, excels in both written and verbal communication, and able to confidently present and deliver conclusions to senior-level stakeholders
- Proficient and experience in generating high quality MS PowerPoint documents
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to effectively prioritize and adapt to constantly evolving demands while working independently and under pressure in a very dynamic and deadline driven environment
- Resourceful, independent and able to solve complex task by thinking out-of-the-box

**What you can expect**

The APAC Global Banking & Markets Anti-Money Laundering Operations (APAC GB & GM AML Ops) organization is a central control function which governs, facilitates, and oversees the APAC end-to-end AML program across all GB and GM businesses and jurisdictions through implementation of processes and controls to effectively manage AML and economic sanctions risks. The team performs AML Know-Your-Client/Client Due Diligence (KYC/CDD) and covers Refresh (periodic review) as its core activity. The team also covers internal/external Audits, implementation of Law, Rules & Regulation and KYC/CDD Remediation.

We are currently seeking a Business Support Lead to join the APAC GB & GM AML Ops. You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders at various levels. The multi-faceted role will enable you to draw upon the knowledge of experienced individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds, to enhance your skillset and your ability to deliver value in your role.

**What you will do**
- Support the development and execution of AML Strategic Project / Initiatives across the APAC region while aligning with the Global Team objectives & goals
- Establish and maintain Relationships with Key Stakeholders in the region and across global functions
- Ownership of the Outsourcing Governance (inter-affiliate/3rd party vendor) inclusive of due diligence, engagement with compliance, support audit engagement, senior management approval, execution of contracts & agreement and adherence to respective jurisdiction Outsourcing law, rules, and regulation
- Facilitate and prepare executive-level presentation materials for the APAC AML Executive
- Oversee Workforce & Staffing administrative requirement, support Workspace related matters
- Financial management, Governance of expense and Forecasting of cost
- Drive People Engagement and Talent Planning program
- Address employee satisfaction survey results through Action Plan and Monitoring of results
- Coordinator for Business Continuity & Disaster planning
- Late evening calls can be expected with Global Team
