**Responsibilities**:

- Designs, implements, and manages sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.
- Accountable for the timely assignment of all sales organization objectives.
- Provides leadership to the sales organization.
- Identify opportunities for sales process improvement.
- Define the optimal performance measurements and performance management programs required to ensure sales organization success.
- Directs and supports the consistent implementation of all Sales & Marketing initiatives in SEA.
- Closed collaboration with our Corporate Marketing teams to define and implement Product Marketing, Segment Marketing and Sales Enablement actions.
- Establish high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency in planning, forecasting, and budgeting approaches to be used by the sales organization.

- Monitor the market competition and future trends/demands.
- Collect market information and perform analysis.

**Sales Target**
- Achieve sales target and related KPIs.
- Submit regular sales and marketing reporting.

**Requirement**
- Have leadership potential to lead a team.
- Experience in CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners.
- Target driven personality and eager to explore new business opportunity
