**What the role is**
- NEA’s Corporate Communications Division (CCD) develops strategic communications plans, leveraging media relations, online communications and marketing communications, to strengthen the organisation’s branding and public communications efforts. As part of the Corporate Branding Department under CCD, you will assist in creating compelling content, through videography and photography for NEA’s various digital media platforms, to enhance NEA’s reputation as the lead agency in sustaining a clean and green environment.

**What you will be working on**
- The work is fulfilling, challenging and exciting. You will also be working in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for the following: - Assist in creating digital comms strategy to enhance and strengthen the NEA brand. - Produce quality, compelling and versatile content, such as videos, podcasts, simple animation. - Work closely with the media relations teams and other departments in NEA to provide videography and photography. - Work with external video production agencies to provide counsel on NEA’s messages and parameters. - Suggest digital content and the relevant platforms that would best raise awareness for NEA’s areas of work, capabilities and staff. - Provide online monitoring and support on online and social media platforms in order to support issues management and crises communications.
