**The Job**

As our HR Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full end-to-end process of our talent recruitment life cycle. Partnering closely with hiring managers on manpower requirements and requisitions, you will build recruitment funnels and streamline recruitment processes. You will also drive outreach campaigns, recruitment drives, and support other HR initiatives from time to time.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage overall talent acquisitions & recruitment process, projects and initiatives globally.
- Manage all outsourced recruitment vendors and partnerships.
- Work with hiring managers to determine manpower needs and create accurate job descriptions.
- Enhance and streamline end-to-end recruitment experience, processes and cycle.
- Integrate and manage applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build recruitment funnels, manage recruitment branding and advertising.
- Conduct interviews and collate interview results and data.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Human Resource Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Familiar with MOM Employment laws and related regulations.
- Knowledge in overseas hiring, expansion projects and tech hires are a plus.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills; a team player and enjoys working with others in a collaborative, social environment.
- Resourceful and able to work independently.
- Willing to take on challenges in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month
