**Roles & Responsibilities：**
- Register his/her name in the nominated company as a Director
- Assist in bank account opening
- Sign of resolutions and relevant documents
- Attend/Sign Annual General Meeting, EGM etc.
- Assist Corporate Secretaries when filling all required documentation with ACRA
- Basic understanding of company finance

**Requirements**:

- No academic qualification requirement.
- No experience requirement.
- Must be a Singaporean
- Reliable and flexible work with no mínimal office attendance required.
- Well complete of relevant work according to the company's requirements.
- Basic understanding of legal regulations and requirements
- No conflict of interest and willing to accept multiple directorships at the same time.
