**Program Manager**

**About Role**

**What this role requires;**
- ** Lead Management Optimization**:

- Deliver Quarterly/Monthly JAPAC funnel performance & optimize recommendations for the current Lead Routing processes
- Analyze/Collate and synthesize feedback from regionals team and provide an improve plan to optimize our Lead Scoring Model & suppression logics to improve our Lead to opportunity conversion rate on quarter on quarter basis
- Deliver scalable Workflow process documentations/recommendations to Increase organizational efficiency and drive results
- ** Funnel Management & Marketing Process Optimization**:

- Produce weekly marketing Funnel Performance insights/reports and run bi-weekly performance insight sessions with the regional teams
- Create the framework for monitoring and analyzing the sub-regional Demand Generation Performance on a bi-weekly basis
- Deliver monthly report on unassociated pipelines recovered on sub-regional level front he regional teams to central operations
- ** Reporting: (working with our analytics team)**
- Contribute to the design framework/ template for our Executive reporting, sub-regional Marketing Funnel & Pipeline Performance Report - bi-weekly and monthly Reporting (funnel report, demand gen decks)
- Organize QMR and QBR sessions with the regional team and synthesize the insights for JAPAC submission
- Create the framework for Reporting on the Named Accounts & New Logos insights & performance
- ** Training**:

- Conduct Sales & Marketing Training on Lead Processing and Lead Management
- Create Training/FAQ templates for regional sales & marketings teams

**What you need to have**
- Bachelor’s degree with more than 5 to 8 years of experience driving digital marketing campaigns, regionally and locally
- Knowledge and experience working with MarTech platforms a must
- Relevant Project Management, Agile, Scrum Certification will be a plus
- Excellent communication skills, strong collaborator and able to take lead when required

**What will make you stand out**
- Demonstrable experience as a Program Manager leading large and complex programs across different regions
- Experience working with SMB and/or Public Sector.
- Experience in managing and coordinating with execution team across different locations and time zones
- Experience on Lifecycle programs and multi-channel campaign set ups
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with ability and gravitas to operate and include at leadership level
