**Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales & Market Expansion**
- Identify new clients and grow business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
2. **Product Promotion & Training**
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations for medical devices.
- Educate customers on product features and benefits.
- Provide training to ensure proper equipment usage.
3. **Market Analysis & Competitor Insights**
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Gather customer feedback for product and strategy improvements.
- Stay updated on healthcare regulations and developments.
4. **Exhibitions & Networking**
- Represent the company at trade shows and medical conferences.
- Showcase products to potential customers and industry leaders.
- Build connections with key stakeholders and expand market reach.
5. **Customer Engagement & Support**
- Address inquiries and resolve client concerns.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and after-sales support.
- Strengthen long-term partnerships with key accounts.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, marketing, or related field.
- More than one year of sales experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse customer base.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Experience with CRM software and market analysis tools.
