**Roles & Responsibilities**

**1. Role Description**

The Operations Manager will be reporting to directly to th Director. He/She is responsible fo managing and and optimizing the server as well as the clientele base. The Operations Manager is to provide support to clients as well.

**2. Specific Responsibilities**
- Manages the company’s social media accounts and posts content.
- Brainstorms campaign ideas. Analyzes analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
- Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook & Instagram.
- Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
- Engages with customers or clients and provides service pre and post sales.
- Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.
- Manage contracts with vendors (e.g. development platforms, server and telecommunication companies)
- Develop IT policies and practices

**3. Competencies**
- Strong budget development and oversight skills
- Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control for operations and customer service
- Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes

**4. Duration of Traineeships**

6 months

**5. Approved Training Allowance**
- Fresh Graduates - $ 2100
- Non-mature Mid-career Individuals - $ 2900
- Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $ 3700
