**Responsibilities**
- Set-up and take ownership of end-to-end IT support functionality within the company
- Provide user/employee IT support both face-to-face and remotely for regional employees
- Managing / Tracking IT assets for onboarding of new employees and scrubbing for reusability
- Vendor management on new/replacement equipment
- Rolling-out IT infrastructure updates and improvements
- Assist in creation of training materials pertaining to computer troubleshooting and usage
- Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in IT Technical Support
- Experience in providing technical support remotely
- Good time management skills / ability to prioritize multiple requests at the same time
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
