Roles Responsibilities

This position reports to the director and interfaces with Organisation managers and customers. WINTECH IT SOLUTIONS PTE. Specific Responsibilities

1.Trainee will be in charge of monitoring and maintaining overall IT system and software, diagnosis, system upgrades, updates and fixing any technical issues that may occur. Trainee will be able to resolve network or system issues effectively and quickly. Trainee will also learn how to analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues. Trainee will know how and when to repair and replace equipment when necessary

2.The trainee will be learn how to develop new network troubleshooting strategies to help reduce downtime and decrease maintenance costs. Trainee will be taught on improvising and research to brainstorm new ideas and solutions

3.Trainee will be able to provide technical support remotely, walking clients through steps to help them resolve their technical problems through the phone or web. Trainee will be able to effectively guide and provide valuable technical support

4.The trainee will learn how to effectively manage integrated IT solutions through cost-benefit analysis to serve complex customer needs. Trainee will also learn to review customers' IT enterprise architecture to further improve system integration.
