**Job Responsiblites**:
**1. Fitting / Building**
- In charge of the MST Golf Tech Shop club repairs.
- Build golf clubs to fitter’s specifications.
- Responsible for the daily operations for MST Tech Shop.
- Grow efficiency of building and quality control for MST Golf custom builds.
- Work toward Tech Shop Sales targets.
- Implement and assisting on club fitting and building system.
- Continuous training on fitting, repairs, product/technical information.
- Monitor Tech Shop stocks order.
- Assist in shop business/sales.
- Work with and be certified by all major fitting brands.
- To assist fitting and building sessions at MST Golf store locations nationwide (when needed).
- Participation in events, demo days, tour support, academy and corporate golf day (when needed).
- Work, communicate and share knowledge with other MST Golf fitters from time to time. Provide necessary follow-up fitting support to customers in a timely manner.
- The responsibility of all custom building, reporting to the Head Fitter and Builder weekly.
- A close working relationship with pro shop staff and managers.
- A close working relationship with suppliers and buyers.
- The ability to communicate with clients at a professional level.
- The ability to create and maintain a good Club atmosphere and to build on this.
- To assist MST in taking its operation to a higher level and building on new relationships.

**2. Off-The-Shelve Clubs**
- Work as a member of the shop staff team.
- Serve and sell off-the-shelve clubs including to customers.
- Provide information and recommendation on the right specs setting for all adjustable head clubs to consumers.
- To build/increase brand fittings sales.
- To educate consumer for off the rack sales on equipment and golf balls.

**3. Fitting Facilities**
- All equipment and software are to be used for the sole purpose of club fitting/testing and where necessary by qualified MST Golf Professionals/PIC.
- All fitting equipment must remain on site and considered company property, only removed with the prior permission of the Management/PIC.
- Maintenance of machinery and workshop upkeep.
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment.

**4. Others**
- To carry out any other duties as instructed by superior from time to time.
- To undertake any other job function as assigned by the superior and Management from time to time.

**Requirement**
- Minimum 1 year experience in golf.
- Fresh ITE graduates are welcome.
- Hardworking and responsive.

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,400.00 per month
