The Social Strategy Team delivers best-in-class service and strategy to Code3's varied client base. We're looking to hire a Senior Social Strategist with a deep understanding of the APAC region including trends, audiences, platforms, etc. This position will be a part of a larger international team that supports an online marketplace advertiser across all its paid digital media efforts.

**Responsibilities**
- Client & Partner Impact_
- Understands client-specific KPIs/Objectives and ensures strategy and tactics tie back to those objectives
- Responsible for end-to-end strategic social planning of your clients campaigns, informed by your own research and your team's research into industry / platform trends and historic client performance
- Leads the creation of audience principles for respective clients, including segmentation and contextualization approach for messaging and targeting specific to social inputs. Support mapping of segments per platform based on KPI/objectives
- Provides first round strategy deliverable review for items such as audience analysis, competitive overviews and media plans from Paid Strategist. Ensuring clear KPIs, objectives and appropriate measurement when applicable
- Act as a trusted touch point with our clients, platform partners & cross-functional teams regarding campaign strategy within the respective vertical
- Prepares and presents strategic / tactical plans and recommendations and is comfortable sharing with the clients and internal team members
- Regularly leads external & internal meetings
- Participate in internal and external trainings to improve channel growth
- Assists Supervisor in all day-to-day client, agency and partner communication
- Actively shares POVs, campaign insights, partner learnings and account wins, internally and externally
- Writes and develops the Social Platform POVs for clients & client industries - i.e. serves as the lead for a POV on a new social platform, new targeting beta for a specific client or "D2C retail" industry
- Cross-Functional Impact_
- Collaborate with other team members to create media strategy that is timely, relevant, and ladders back up to the initial strategy you've set forth
- Maintain open and productive communications with platform partners, ensuring our campaigns are of the highest standard
- Regularly participates in agency-wide meetings
- People Impact_
- Supports in onboarding of new team members and oversight / mentorship for Strategist level
- Additional Paid Social Media Expertise: APAC Region_
- Oversees and supports on objective alignment, planning, execution and optimization for the most complex campaigns across the marketing funnel - with heavy emphasis on CAC (new buyer acquisition)
- Deep understanding of APAC-specific social media opportunities i.e. new/emerging platforms, culturally relevant timing/events
- Coordinates campaign strategies and tactics closely with platform partners and possesses understanding of and can speak to platform nuances and use cases with clients and internal teams
- Brainstorms new ways to improve advertising and engagement on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and Snapchat specific to APAC audiences and trends

**Requirements**:

- BA or equivalent
- 4+ years experience within paid social media planning and strategy development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to navigate client and external communication
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Experience in working with large datasets and performing quantitative analysis
- Superior Excel skills
- Demonstrated critical thinking ability
- Self-starter who is comfortable with a rapidly-changing environment
- Energetic, relentless drive to succeed, TEAM player

**Preferred Skills (but not required)**
- Experience or knowledge of paid search and programmatic channels
- Knowledge in SQL, Salesforce, statistical tools and/or programming
