As a Digital & Social Media Manager/Strategist, you will be directing, analysing and implementing effective social media content.

You will lead the team in providing digital and social strategy, guide the team on latest trends and what works for the different platforms.

**What you are expected to do**:

- Work with the team and clients to plan, strategise social content that works on multiple platforms
- Build, plan and implement overall social and content strategy for clients
- Conduct social listening, digital competitor audits and benchmarking research
- Responsible for always-on social content curation and creation efforts, from research and ideation to final artwork together with Creative Team
- Measure and analyse performance across social media properties, to translate insights into strategies
- Plan and optimise executions of paid social media campaigns
- Participate in new business pitches and lead the strategic approach
- Monitor and report competitor activity, social media and relevant industry trends
- Implement campaigns from strategy to media planning to achieve business growth

**What we are looking out for**:

- At least 4 years of experience as a social media strategist/ social media manager in an agency environment
- Self-starter, resourceful and self-motivated
- Experience in managing clients and communicate with them directly on day to day basis
- Passion for handling social media channels, creating social media content and analysing performance
- Deep understanding of Singapore’s social and content landscape
- Strong copywriting skills to write social media captions and ideate storyboard
- Experience with social media management tools and content management system for scheduling and publish content
- Experience in paid media platforms: To build the campaign structure with budget, objective, targeting ,placement and creative format in Google ad, Facebook ad etc
