Knowledge and Skills:

Ø Experience in customer facing role either remote or face to face.

Ø Windows Server 2008, 2012 and 2016 support background OR Red Hat Enterprise Linux support background

Ø Red Hat or Microsoft professional qualification or equivalent proven experience in a technical support role

Ø Networking knowledges, managing services such as SFTP, NAS, SMTP etc.

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
