In the Global Product Management Team, we work with both internal and external stakeholders to manage multiple product portfolios ranging from endo-urology, ESWL and ESWT for Dornier MedTech. As a Product Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our Global Product Manager with a product line to be integrated, including but not limited to product evaluation, strategy, planning, delivery, marketing, pricing, and in-life optimization.

**What You Will Do**

**1. Primary Responsibilities**

To assist Global Product Manager to:

- Translate business strategy into product strategy
- Evaluate new products and integrate them into overall product strategy
- Drive action throughout the organization to get products to different markets
- Manage product profitability and commercial success - own the business case
- Provide product marketing, including positioning and messaging, to differentiate our products in the market
- Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues
- Create and manage programmes to generate demand for the product
- Support our sales team in all steps of selling process (including collaterals creation and training)
- Organize and host international events

**2. Secondary Responsibilities**
- Create and maintain documentation including minute-taking for key events
- Logistical and administrative support whenever required

**We would like to hear from you if**:

- You have a good Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, Marketing or other related fields
- You have less than 2 years of work experience

Other Attributes & Skills Required:

- _Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin _
- Prior product management experience preferred but not necessary
- Pragmatic and energetic with the ability to work independently - results oriented and driven
- Excellent interpersonal skills - readily collaborates, empowers, and works in a team
- Flexible, resilient, and able to prioritize and deliver with tight deadlines and assigned resources
- Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understands sales & marketing interactions with customers, how quality, customer service and follow up in resolving issues are foundational elements of a strong Company and brand
- Good organizational and operational skills with experience in multi-cultural environment
- Ability to travel on an as needed basis
