Creative Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Creative Director of Interactive & Visual Design to lead our design team in creating exceptional user experiences and design across all user touchpoints. As the Creative Director, you will be responsible for shaping the overall design direction, strategy, and execution of our products and vision, ensuring they are intuitive, visually appealing, and align with our brand identity and strategy.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Lead and inspire a team of UI/UX/Visual designers, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to foster creativity and excellence in design.

2. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements, translating them into compelling design solutions.

3. Define and drive the overall design vision and strategy for our products, ensuring consistency and coherence across all touchpoints.

4. Oversee the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, guiding the team in exploring innovative design concepts and interactions.

5. Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gain insights into user behavior and preferences, using findings to inform design decisions and improvements.

**Essential Requirements**:
1. Proven experience (10 years) working as a UI/UX designer, with 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.

2. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, with a focus on user-centered design principles, innovative solutions, and visual aesthetics.

3. Expert knowledge of industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Figma, etc.

4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to diverse audiences.

5. Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

**Desirable Requirements**

1. Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with agile methodologies.

2. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Passion for staying ahead of design trends, continuous learning, and professional growth
