**Business Executive (Sales Trainee) Program (Early Career Professional)
The Business Executive (Sales Trainee) Program is designed for early career professionals with interest in developing himself/herself in corporate sales and learn how to be a successful salesperson. Also, who wish to pursue a fast-track career in sales field.
We are looking for enthusiastic personnel to take on a b2b sales role. In this role, you will first be understanding the administrative work that is behind the whole sales process. Working with a senior sales executive mentor on administrative efficiency and Sales acquisition, you will be collaborating as a team to enable the efficiency and the generating sales for the business.
With this six-month program, we will support you through learning & development journey where you will receive constant career advice to empower you to navigate through and reach your goal.
**What are we looking for?
You will participate in achieving business objectives, aiming to acquire skills with a view to future responsibilities, and participate in the operations of the general Sales department. You will be exposed to:
- Opportunities for growth & development
- Solid grasp of Sales fundamentals
- Exposure to our client accounts gain hands on b2b sales experience to contribute to the company’s commercial goal.
- Shadowing senior sales representative observes the sales process in acquiring new business.
- Positive learning attitude
- Demonstrate ability to communicate and present effectively
