**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- The Regional Leverage Finance team is responsible for originating, structuring and execution of funding requirements for leveraged transactions and includes:

- Mergers & Acquisitions Privatization of listed companies Pre-IPO financing Bridge financing for corporate exercises Management Buy-Out (“MBO”) / Leveraged Buy-Out (“LBO”) Funding private equity / sponsor financing

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform initial credit analysis of a Target/borrower in a leveraged finance transaction Construct and review financial models from a credit analysis perspective, including but not limited to projected gearing and repayment cashflow analysis and debt sensitization Prepare and assist to present pitch materials for a potential transaction, including but not limited to indicative termsheets and Powerpoint slides Execute mandated transactions and participate in workstreams from preparation of internal credit proposals to credit committee, liaising with internal stakeholders like Group Risk and Group Corporate Banking, from the KYC process all the way to loan drawdown Interact with external parties ie clients, legal counsel, DD advisors, other lenders in the course of termsheet negotiations or executing a transaction

- Between 4-6 years of leveraged or structured finance with relevant investment banking & advisory experience preferred. Experience in Corporate Banking covering more complex clients may be considered Strong in financial modelling and able to navigate datasites such as CapitalIQ, Mergermarket, Bloomberg Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Banking / Finance. Other degrees may be considered with relevant outstanding and demonstrable work experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
