Senior Associate(SA) and Assistant Vice President (AVP) role within SPDA-MASF to support the origination and execution of leverage finance, structured finance opportunities in Asia Pacific (ex-Japan). SPDA-MASF originates and executes loans from LBO, M&A, structured and other sponsor-related transactions for financial sponsors, promoters, large
- and mid-cap corporates across Asia Pacific (ex-Japan).

**Key Responsibilities**
- Independently prepare or review financial models
- Assist in or prepare/ review pitch books, RFPs, term sheets/grid responses, etc.
- Research about industries/ companies, prepare due diligence questions
- Assist in loan structuring and negotiation of term sheets/financing grids, loan documentation
- Manage deal-related administration including execution of NDAs/NRLs, maintenance of databases, KYC and other related admin/compliance matters
- University graduate with strong academic background
- 1 to 5 years of direct experience in a leading financial institution in leveraged finance/ structured finance/ advisory work involving financial sponsors
- Deep financial modelling experience and demonstrated financial/risk analysis skills
- Preliminary experience in doing due diligence on a credit with clients
- Ability to draft or guide the drafting of internal discussion/credit papers, marketing pitches, etc.
- Familiarity with term sheets, and basic knowledge of loan documentations
