**Responsibilities**:

- Review and provide disposition for incoming discrepancy
- Provide engineering report for forwarder induced damages
- Work with SQE or cross function team to resolve incoming defects
- Support sorting and rework of the materials
- Work with SQE on the disposition of the non-conforming materials and support RMA activities
- Troubleshoot parts quality issues
- Work with suppliers on parts and process improvement activities.
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors

**Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- Experience in Manufacturing Environment
- Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronic / IT) background
- Good communication skill
- Must be a team player and highly motivated
- Willingness to learn and fast learner
- Flexible and able to manage priorities
- Ability to multi-task with strong sense of urgency

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Engineering discipline, or
- ITE in Engineering with more than 5-year experience in supplier quality control in manufacturing will also be considered
