Reporting to Director of Program & Services
Supervises Social Service Centre Managers and Care & Support Manager
**Purpose of Job**:
- Lead the development and administration of Psychosocial services in a mission-driven and sustainable fashion in accordance with 365CPS’ organisation goals and values
- Manage stakeholders to ensure the success of programmes
- Ensure financial prudence in the implementation of programmes and services
- Champion ethical conduct and professional competency among staff
**Key responsibility areas**
Programme Management
- Define and monitor measurable program goals (both quantitative and qualitative outcomes) that are consistent with 365CPS’ strategic plan
- Ensure programme procedures and guidelines are followed in accordance with the highest quality standards of practice and the Code of Ethics
- Drive development and implementation of annual program work plans
- Lead the development of new programmes and services
- Lead the managers in analysing data derived from programme evaluation to determine if intended outcomes are achieved
Stakeholder Management
- Secure endorsement of new programmes from the Management team and Board
- Present a monthly report to the Director of Program & Services detailing the productivity of programmes and progress updates
- Lead the annual reporting to detail programme effectiveness and areas of improvement
- Escalate incidents to the Management team and Board where necessary
- Attend Board meetings as necessary to acquaint Board members with the programmes and the needs of the community
- Supervise 365CPS’ collaboration with external parties
Financial Management
- Track monthly financial reports to ensure that programmes meet both programme and organisation fiscal goals
- Submit monthly reports that include an analysis of programme and fiscal data to the Management team
- Devise solutions to address deviations from the original budget
Staff Development and Supervision:
- Ensure effective utilisation of staff resourcing/ volunteers to achieve an efficient service delivery system
- Facilitate programme services meetings and a staff dialogue addressing matters and concerns
- Recommend or conduct on the job training for staff
- Set performance expectations of supervisees
- Conduct bi-yearly performance appraisal of supervisees
- Identify staff professional development needs
- Ensure that supervision provides the highest degree of professionalism, autonomy, quality of service
- Participate in recruitment activities
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience Social Service Sector with programme management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or Counselling

- Create conditions to enable the team to perform at its best, and take action to improve team effectiveness/ morale
- Promote best-practice standards in the delivery of programmes/ services

- Undertake appropriate actions when faced with substandard performance
- Removing barriers that could prevent the team from delivering results
