**Job Scope**:
As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for:

- **Accounting Services**:
Preparing full sets of accounts for clients, including bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing.
Preparing financial statements and management reports in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
Assisting with GST registration, GST filing, and corporate tax computations.
- **Corporate Secretarial Services**:
Assisting in company incorporations, striking off, and maintenance of statutory registers and records.
Preparing and filing Annual Returns with ACRA.
Drafting and maintaining Board Resolutions, Minutes of Meetings, and other corporate secretarial documents.
Advising clients on compliance requirements under the Companies Act and liaising with ACRA and other regulatory bodies.
- **Client Engagement**:
Acting as the main point of contact for assigned clients, responding promptly to queries and providing practical solutions.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- **Ad Hoc Projects**:
Assisting in special projects such as due diligence, restructuring exercises, or advisory work.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy
- At least **3-5 years of relevant experience**in accounting and/or corporate secretarial services (prior experience in a professional services or corporate services firm is a plus).
- Sound knowledge of Singapore Companies Act and SFRS.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Bilingual in Chinese and English is a must**(to communicate with clients and handle bilingual documents)
