The Manager leads a team of Assistant Managers/Executives to plan, organize and implement centralised social integration programmes to promote an enriching and vibrant campus life across the university’s 33,000-strong student community. He/she manages the day-to-day operations of the scholar engagement portfolio to ensure the wellbeing of close to NTU International scholars, so as to meet MOE’s expectations and NTU’s objectives.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Integration and Scholar Engagement team to ensure alignment with MOE’s expectations and NTU’s objectives.
- Develop new and enhance existing initiatives to promote the wellbeing and professional growth of international scholars (SM2 bridging students, ASEAN undergraduate scholars and NTU Science and Engineering scholars)
- Serve as expert resource person to provide consultancy to schools and offices on the pastoral aspect and behavioral issues management of the international scholars
- Plan and lead the implementation of centralized integration programmes that are open to all NTU students, so as to contribute to a sense of community among students from different cultural, geographic and socioeconomic backgrounds

**Requirements**:

- A good Bachelor’s degree in any related field from a recognised University.
- At least 8 years of work experience, with minimum 2 years in a supervisory role which involves considerable interaction with students or youth; experience in the tertiary education sector will be advantageous.
