**Senior Director, Engineering Services**

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Engineering Operations & Asset Management**
- Lead and oversee technical operations and facilities engineering across the Client Asia account.
- Manage lifecycle asset strategies, preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Drive reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
- Ensure all engineering systems operate at peak performance and in compliance with Client and JLL standards.

**2. Corrigo Implementation & Optimization**
- Champion the deployment and integration of Corrigo (CMMS) across sites.
- Train site teams and engineering staff on Corrigo workflows, data standards, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the central engineering and technology teams to ensure seamless data migration and asset hierarchy setup.

**3. Compliance & Risk Management**
- Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, safety standards, and Client’s GMP and quality guidelines.
- Lead audits, inspections, and mitigation plans related to engineering systems.

**4. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management**
- Guide and mentor site-level engineering teams across multiple countries.
- Work closely with Client site leads, facilities managers, and key stakeholders to align engineering strategy with business needs.
- Support strategic initiatives like sustainability projects, energy efficiency programs, and infrastructure upgrades.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Electrical or Mechanical Engineering**(mandatory).
- Minimum **10 years of experience**in facilities engineering or operations in a complex, regulated environment.
- Strong track record in **asset management**and **reliability engineering**.
- Hands-on experience in **Corrigo (or similar CMMS) implementation and optimization**.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Regional or multi-site portfolio management experience is a plus.
- Prior experience in **life sciences or pharmaceutical facilities**is highly desirable.
