**M&E Quantity Surveyor**
**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the full suite of M&E Quantity Surveyor duties, from tender to pre-contract, post contract admin duties
- Prepare tender documents, review contracts, quantity take offs, preparing BQ, sourcing for M&E disciplines.
- Assessment of progress payments to subcontractors / suppliers
- Preparation of progress claims and variation order to the client
- Settlement of final accounts with clients and subcontractors / suppliers
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying / Mechanical Engineering
- At least 2 to 5 years of working experience as M&E QS
- Able to read, write and speak in Chinese to communicate with the China office
- Exposure in QS consultancy work environment
- Proficient technical knowledge - measurement, cost estimating, construction technology, contracts and law
- Understand and be competent with professional practice and contract admin processes
- Demonstrate proficiency and competency in a project QS function and can work independently
- Able to work as a team player
