Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and friendly first impression
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Respond to inquiries from customers, providing accurate information and assistance
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar, ensuring efficient use of time and resources
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to clients
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a strong customer service orientation
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules
- Professional appearance and punctuality
**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $4,900.00 per month
