**Project Admin Assistant / Co-ordinator**
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers / Team Leaders.
- Liaising with building owners, MAs, customers for site accesses and their associated admin work.
- Monitor project material inventory and raise purchasing request with Procurement Dept.
- Generate quotations and facilitate monthly billings to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- GCE “A/O” level/Diploma holder with 1 or 2 years working experience.
- Able to work independently in matrx hierarchy reporting setting.
- Computer literacy in MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Language perfer English/ Mandarin speaking.
- Sprean/PR/Malaysian will be considered.
