**Requirements**:
1. Minimum University degree or equivalent.

2. Knowledge of financial instruments or products, ideally fixed income or sustainability-related.

3. Baseline understanding of ESG or sustainability trends in the region.

4. Self-starter with good analytical and research capabilities.

5. Ability to work with large numbers of data and information across different datasets.

6. Proven track record of quality analysis with attention to detail.

7. Strong team player and able to work with multiple teams.
