**What the role is**
- You will be part of a team within HSA’s Strategy and Business Transformation Department that manages HSA’s digitalisation and data analytics initiatives to achieve HSA’s transformation outcome of “a lean, agile and digital organisation that meets our stakeholders’ needs”. Job Responsibilities: - Support top management in strategy formulation, execution of strategic plans and communication of strategies to stakeholders and all staff in HSA. - Monitor and evaluate HSA’s performance against targets as set out in the Strategy Map, and propose action plans to improve organizational results as necessary. - Assist in the conduct of organizational reviews to identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities and to evaluate operational effectiveness. - Manage digitalization and transformation projects assigned to the team. - Support secretariat functions at decision-making forums and senior management meetings.
