**E-commerce, Asst Mgr (immediate)**

The Assistant Manager, E-Commerce has end-to-end responsibility for the P&L, commercial results, and growth strategy
- Oversees the E-commerce strategy and puts the best tactical solution to drive the market share of the company.
- Develop end-to-end planning and execution of online campaigns - including new brand launches, thematic campaigns, and Brand Day.
- Drive tracking and analytics that enhance campaigns performance
- Identify and lead new business opportunities within the E-Commerce space
- Drive partnership and negotiation with Customers to drive better GSS brand online visibility leveraging on their banners, thematic campaigns
- Ensure trade spending is within the allocated limit and KPIs
- Manage relationship with Enabler:

- Develop and align business plan, and channel strategy to achieve KPI
- Ensure adequate resources are allocated to support the business ambitions
- Lead and guide Enabler to achieve the company's objective, conduct monthly review meetings to monitor sales performance
- Manage inventory level

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in supply chain/ Statistics / Business preferred with good business acumen
- 2 years+ solid operations/ Ecom retail experience, with proven organization and execution experience with internal/external parties preferred. Marketplace or Client experience would be a plus
- Able to work under high pressure independently and be flexible in working extended hours
- Eager to global communication and an attitude to be initiative
- Experience managing vendor relationships
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and focused on quality control and execution efficiency
