About our client:
**Job Description**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine the company's Web3 brand identity.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, communications, and platforms.
- Monitor industry trends and adjust branding strategies accordingly to stay ahead in the Web3 space.
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute Web3-related events, including conferences, meetups, webinars, and workshops.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, budget management, vendor negotiations, and sponsorship partnerships.
- Create event marketing campaigns to drive attendance and engagement.
- Manage post-event evaluation and feedback to continually improve future events.
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and informative content related to Web3, blockchain, and decentralized technologies.
- Foster relationships with Web3 communities, influencers, and industry leaders.
- Organize and participate in community-building initiatives, such as hackathons, forums, and online discussions.
- Gather insights and feedback from the Web3 community to inform brand and event strategies.
- Track and analyze the performance of branding efforts and events, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders and senior management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in Web3, blockchain technology, and decentralized ecosystems.
- 2+ years of experience in brand management, event planning, or marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation, and event promotion.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying current with industry trends.
