**Role: Senior Manager Procurement.
**Location: Singapore.
Duties & Responsibilities:

- As we develop our in-region EMS strategy, resources will be assisting the global teams in managing the regional relationships and transition business.
- We will rapidly expand our multi-sourcing strategies by identifying and qualifying Asia based low cost/low tech commodities (both electronics and mechanical).
- Moving suppliers from HCC to LCC will be accelerated and cost savings realized sooner.
- Engage and support regional R&D in the execution of projects and initiatives requiring supplier/commodity support.
- Proactively engage with APAC suppliers, leveraging regional senior level supplier relationships resulting in improved pricing/costs and higher levels of supplier support and engagement for Itron.
- Drive local supplier summits and represent Itron at regional supplier events.
- Support and drive all global procurement strategies & priorities with specific focus on cost savings, LCC and low cost multi sourcing.
