DESIGNATION : Executive/Senior Executive (8-mth contract), OAFA
RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position is for Office of Admissions and Financial Assistance (OAFA).
- Support key outreach events such as the SMU Open House, Poly Day, Scholarship Showcase and other signature admissions events.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Degree with at least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Good communication skills and enjoy talking to people.
- Meticulous, with strong administrative skills and the ability to multi-task across different projects.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to respond to different types of personalities.
- Knowledge of and interest in SMU will be an advantage.
