XCL World Academy is seeking to recruit a meticulous and resourceful **Marketing Assistant/Intern **to join the dynamic Marketing team of four in the School to provide support around market research, data entry, events and other administrative tasks assigned within the team. This is a 3-month contract position with a possibility of extension based on operational needs.

**Main Responsibilities**
- To support the Marketing Department with market research, database building and data entry.
- To do content creation and document photos and videos from daily school life and events.
- To support daily administrative work requirements within the team.
- To support and assist in the coordination and execution of events.

**Person Specifications**
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing or other relevant certifications to the role.
- Minimum of 1 year/ Internship experience working in a similar position.
- Proactive and solution-focused, resourceful incumbent who is able to manage administrative duties in a timely and organised manner.
- Demonstrate the ability to work well in teams and create positive relationships with all members of the school community.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English language capacity to articulate and collaborate with different stakeholders effectively.
- Flexible, adaptable, and a quick learner.
- Attention to detail with good follow-up skills in ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Able to multitask and handle competing priorities.
- 3-month contract position with a possibility of extension based on operational needs.
