**Chef De Parti
**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for preparation in the kitchen
- Checking & managing stock, including the receipt of deliveries and good
- Support achieving budgetary targets
- Assist with menu creation
- Support high standards of food production consistently
- Maintain an exceptional levels of cleanliness and hygiene at all times
- Support processes & procedures in place including HACCP, Health & Safety and ensure due diligence
- Ensure that the kitchen is clean at all times and meeting the standards of HACCP and other government regulations.
- Responsible to maintain the raw material inventory based on the daily orders and liaise with the Chef de Cuisine
- Performs other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- At least 3-years working experience in the related field
- Ability to interact positively with supervisor, management, co-workers, customers, and the public to promote a team effort and maintain a positive and professional approach;
- Be attentive and meticulous
- Possesses good time management skills and is able to multitask, while performing physical tasks in a high-volume production environment.
- Possess a positive attitude, good communication skills and be a team player

Start Date: Immediate

Duration: Full Time

Additional Remarks:
Working Timing
- Able to work on PH, Eve of PH & Weekends
- Shifts after midnight, transport will be provided.

Attire:
Uniform will be provided

Black Shoes,

Black Pants

Black socks (calf-length, ankle socks are not acceptable)
