Chef De Partie (Greek Cuisine)

Working location : 8A Admiralty Street Singapore 757437

Experience in Greek cuisine essential.

The Chef De Partie to oversee a section of the kitchen for the hot/cold side. Reporting to and working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions of the Chef De Partie include but are not limited to the following:

- Familiar with Greek Cuisine
- Manage raw ingredients from seasoning to cooking
- Takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the management to meet the standard and the quality set by the Central Kitchen.
- Able to estimate the daily production needs and checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.
- Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation.
- Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards.
- Encourage teamwork and ensure high motivation and economical working environment within the kitchen.
- Perform duties in other areas of kitchen as assigned.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

- Required language(s): English
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Experience with Greek cuisine is essential.
- Proficiency in basic computer software is a requirement
