**Position Overview**

As a Chef de Partie at CÉ LA VI you will play a vital role in our kitchen brigade, working closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chefs. You will be responsible for a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation and presentation of dishes meet our high-quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and contribute to the success of our restaurant/hotel.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook dishes to the highest quality standards.
- Supervise and assist junior kitchen staff as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine menu items.
- Monitor and manage inventory for your section.
- Contribute to menu planning and special events.
- Uphold the restaurant/hotel's reputation for exceptional cuisine.

**Qualifications**
- 3-4 year experience
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or a similar role in a reputable restaurant/hotel.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and plating presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- A passion for food and a commitment to quality.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
